To register on the Quality Roots site click ‘Register Now’ in the top right-hand corner of the website. You will be taken to a registration form to fill in and submit. 

You will then receive an email to confirm your identity. Click the link in the email and registration is complete!

You will then be asked to log in with the password you created in the registration form.

After you register, you will need to create your listing.

There are two types of listings or directories:

1. ECE
2. ELCC Program

You will be asked when you login for the first time which type of listing you wish to make (ECE, Program or Both). Once you answer this question, you will be given the correct permissions to post in those directories. Don’t worry if you missed this or made the wrong choice, you can update your permissions at any time by clicking on the ‘Change your profile type’ button on your Dashboard:

Whenever you want to create a listing, login and navigate to your Dashboard by clicking ‘My Dashboard’ in the top right-hand corner.

Depending on what type of profile you chose (ECE, Program or Both) you will see buttons for creating your listing:

Clicking on any of the ‘Add Listing’ buttons above will take you to a form where you can fill in all your relevant information.

If you are creating both a Program Listing and an ECE listing, create the Program Listing first so that you can link to it from your ECE profile.

Registration gives you access to the site but no content will show on the site until you create your profile/listing.

Listings are your public ‘profiles’, either as an ECE or as a Program.
