Hello everyone! I am Ying Sun. I hold a master's degree in Culture and Industry as well as a diploma in Early Childhood Education. I have gotten around five years working experience in the field of early childhood education since June, 2020.

My multicultural background is a distinct asset. My master's studies have given me a profound understanding of the ever-changing impact of cultural diversity on various aspects, especially in early childhood education. The blend of different cultures has broadened my horizons, enabling me to view children's needs and growth from a more inclusive and comprehensive perspective.

In daycare work, I can keenly perceive the characteristics and advantages of children from different cultural backgrounds. I respect and guide them to develop their individuality.
